is always no hurry to find our puppies homes but to make sure they go to lovely
homes where they are well taken care of and loved.
I am a small hobby breeder
and blessed to be a Happy Full-time stay home mom and
very much the
homebody and enjoy spending most of my time at home with my fur kids.
YOU CAN MAKE SURE THAT OUR PUPPIES ARE 100 % RAISED INSIDE OUR
NON-SMOKING HOME WHERE THEY ARE WITH US 24 HOUR A DAY, TREATED AS A
FAMILY MEMBERS WITH KID AND HAPPY AND WELL SOCIALIZED.

Limited Registration:
A Limited Registration means that your
puppy is registered with the AKC kennel club, & can be shown in agility, or
do therapy dog, but it cannot be bred & it's offspring cannot be registered.
Full Registration:
A Full Registration means that your puppy
is registered with the AKC kennel club & can be shown in conformation or any
other show class, can be bred, & it's offspring can be registered.
Our prices will reflect on the quality of the
puppies that I raise & the love & care I provide to them.
Raising a litter of quality yorkie pups is
very costly.
A lot of thought, work ,time, love and money goes
into my small breeding program. My goals are to achieve good health,
conformation, performance, beauty and temperament.
Payment Policy & Payment Form:
Non-Refundable
Deposit of $350
is required to hold a puppy at that time for any reason other than the
seller not providing the buyer with a suitable puppy.
This will
apply to your final price. If you change your mind for any reason,
the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE !
If adopted locally, a
final payment in cash (no checks) will be
acceptable on the day the puppy is picked up.
Puppies will be for their new homes
at 10-12 weeks.
For puppies that require
shipping, the balance of the purchase price, plus any shipping
costs, must be paid in full
14 business days prior to the puppy's shipping date. Payment must
be a US Postal Money Order which you can obtain at any US Post
Office.

We do offer shipping
inside the Continental U.S. if the weather permits.
Shipping cost $3 25
This includes the airline ticket, an
approved carrier with a soft, comfortable bed, health certificate from my vet, a
puppy pack including Royal Canin sample food your pup has been eating, a tube of
Nutri-cal, and our time and gas of total 4 hr drive to and from the airport.
